Why I became a Personal Trainer

My name is Andrew Soto, I’m 27 years old, and was born and raised in Spanish Harlem. I got into personal training for multiple reasons. The main reason being, was growing up watching my late mother, who was a single parent of three, struggle with health conditions that were affected by her weight, and putting her health second so she can focus on her kids. I always wanted to help her out when I got older but unfortunately I lost that chance when she passed away. So in honor of her, I decided to help others on their fitness journey, by being a Personal Trainer, promoting longevity and healthy lifestyles.

Specialties

I’ve been Coaching others for over a year almost two. But I’ve been training myself for five to six years. Over that time I honed on my skill set, leading to my specialties, which are Weight Loss, Strength Training, Muscle Gain, and Muscular Definition.
